I can't thank Jeff enough for helping me out with my back pain. I literally couldn't walk or do anything and pretty much gave up. Got referred to Jeff and he got me on a stretch therapy program that worked.

11/09/2017 - This stuff really works! I had chronicle sciatica, upper and lower back pain, and pain radiating down my arms that three back surgeries couldn't fix. I had over eight MRIs, countless X-rays, 5 epidural injections, trigger point injections, deep tissues massages, acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. I went to orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologist, rheumatologist, and physical therapist, which only gave me more questions than answers, and the pain just kept getting worse and worse. I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked until a friend told me about Postural Solutions, so finally I decided to give it a try. The first thing that stood out to me is how much time Jeff spends with you. At physical therapy I received 10 minutes of the therapist's time before an aid took over and that lasted for an additional 20 minutes. Surgeons are even worse. You wait for hours well past your appointment time and get 10 minutes of their time if your lucky. But at Postural Solutions each session last at least an hour and you spend the entire time with Jeff, which allows him to really get to know you and what your dealing with. That rapport is invaluable when your trying to figure out why your body isn't cooperating with you. In any case I went from not being able to work, or lift my arms over my head even for that matter, to being able to not only work full time, but have a social life again as well. If your suffering from chronic pain, you NEED to check this out.
